- Log onto your Google account and click Picasa Web Albums.
- Click on the album whose photos you want moved to another album.
- Click Edit, and click Organize and Reorder.
- To select all of the photos, click the leftmost photo, press Shift, and click the rightmost photo. Then click Move.
- On the Moving Items window, click "choose an existing album" at the top.
- Click on the target album, and click Select Album.
- Now click the My Photos tab. If the old album is still there - perhaps it has a few photos in it you no longer wanted - click on the album, click Edit, click Delete Album, and click OK.
