How to Consolidate Picasa Photo Albums

Sometimes photographs get scattered among multiple photo albums in Picasa and it would be better to consolidate albums. Here are the instructions for consolidating two albums. You are really copying the photos from one album to the other.

• Log onto your Google account and click Picasa Web Albums.
• Click on the album whose photos you want moved to another album.
• Click Edit, and click Organize and Reorder.
• To select all of the photos, click the leftmost photo, press Shift, and click the rightmost photo. Then click Move.
• On the Moving Items window, click "choose an existing album" at the top.
• Click on the target album, and click Select Album.
• Now click the My Photos tab. If the old album is still there - perhaps it has a few photos in it you no longer wanted - click on the album, click Edit, click Delete Album, and click OK.
